We service over 150 clients in the convertible, equity and private equity businesses globally. We have in the past placed $13-15bn worth of Asian corporate paper to large global institutional funds. Rajinder Singh :
Having studied Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science at University of London, Raj joined BZW (Barclays Investment Banking Arm), where he traded in Japaneese Equity. He moved to Peregrine Asia (Hong Kong ), where he managed Sales and Trading of Asian Equities. Later, he became an Asset Manager (Equities) at Pioneer Investments ($120bn funds under management). He founded Global Absolute in 2005 and is currently the Chairman & CEO of the Global Absolute Group of companies worldwide which includes Global Absolute Group in Asia covering Research and Corporate Finance in Singapore and Hongkong. Deldar Tony Singh ACA :

Responsible for building Indian equities desk including local research and international institutional sales and trading at Cresvale Ltd, Mitsubishi Bank of Tokyo's Equities arm, and BNP Paribas. Registered Licensed Corporate Financier in UK and funds arranger for Indian issues abroad. Currently co-founder of Global Absolute group of companies worldwide which includes Global Absolute Capital Advisor in Asia covering Research and Global Absolute Corporate Finance in Singapore and Hongkong. Work experience in Asia – since 1992.
Graham Langely :
Senior Investment Banking experience as a market maker and Sales Trader over the last 22 years. Worked with Smith New Court / Merrill Lynch as a market maker for UK listed stocks covering sectors such as Hotels & Breweries, Food and Property. After a conscious decision to focus on Asia in the early 1990’s he has spent the last 12 years with BNP Paribas where he has held the position of senior sales/trader for Asian Equities and CBs with responsibility for execution and all dealing services to global institutional clients. At BNP he also held a position on their global management committee for India.
Hammad Hanif :
Registered Securities Representative – Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the UK. He started his career at Citigroup, working in a range of roles from Balance Sheet Risk to Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the European Head. He was also, responsible for trading in Global Equities and the Futures markets. Currently, he is a Director for the Securities business, heading up the Institutional and Hedge Fund Sales division. Educated with an MSc in Finance from the ICMA Centre (formerly known as ISMA) University of Reading, Hammad has 3+ work experience in India.
Russell Middleton :
Ex-CEO ANZ Capel Cure. Launched India 's first open-ended FII Fund (now called Martin Currie India Opportunities Fund). Head of India for James Capel establishing London and Bombay operations similarly. Director for India for Credit Lyonnais . Head of India for Mitsubishi Bank of Tokyo's equities arm. Created and operated Invesco India Fund as main Board Director. Highly respected Indian advisor for major local institutions including Tata Group and Reliance Industries Ltd. Work experience in India – since 1990.
Tom Atkinson :
Graduated from Oxford university has worked in city of London for over 30 years in the financial services business. He has worked primarily in fund Management for the likes of Citi Group, now retired . Tom is the Chairman of the Global Absolute India Fund.
Vipul Patel :
Originally a UK based entrepreneur with over 10 years of strategic planning experience around the world including Head of Strategic Planning and Security for Chrome Oil in Nigeria, Star Group in Turkey and advisor for the same for the former King of Qatar. Has business interests in mining of gold and chromium assets in Africa and has been a consultant on real estate and development in Nigeria, Turkey, Malaysia.
Luke Joseph Staddon :
Luke joined from having worked with the Northwest Convertible Funds as an analyst. He started his career at HSBC before moving to the ING where he worked as an analyst covering convertible Bonds. From there he was hired onto the Convertible desk at Nomura where he centered on Asian CB’s covering both sales and trading. Including his time at Northwest Convertible funds Luke has had 8 years experience in Convertibles.
